Dark gleaming curved metal and chrome
purring in the dark parking lot
quivering with throaty understated power
thick dark tires firm, wide, confident.
A resonant base beat shifts awareness
reaches into the consciousness
stirs awareness and interest in the
dark vein-popping tattooed man
Who alights and casually ignites
a cigarillo before surveying the scenery
which rustles as his glance takes in
each tensely nonchalant flower.
