Let me get this straight:
Two days ago,
white-out winds and snow
left waist-deep white
on the way to the road.
Today, slush
trickles into
splashy puddles
reflecting gray.
So it’s a tug of war:
Spring vs Winter —
is soft melt gray
besting icy white today?
