I come to this
\n!!astounding scientific breakthrough!!
\nby virtue of the observation
\nthat there seems to be no source
\nfor this matter; to wit:
\nthe innocent hands
\nare always empty and sticky,
\nleaving irrefutable evidence
\non glass table tops, windows,
\nglass doors, TV screens;
\nthe innocent faces
\nare always smiling and agreeable\u2014
\nwhen not pouting, crying or screaming;
\nyet the primal matter
\ncontinues to appear!

Theory:
