\nrough-edged
\ncompliant<\/p>\n

words plunked
\ninto proper places
\ngiving order<\/p>\n

steel nibs guided ink
\nthe hatched rough
\nmassive trees and trolls<\/p>\n

good books were worn
\nwell-handled treasures
\nimaginary love, life lived<\/p>\n

I drew out of the drawn
\nthe desperate determination
\nto find those trees, brooks<\/p>\n

now ink and light
\nsoft strokes of pens
\nand words are gold<\/p>\n

and I though old
