Again. The waterboarding
\nI’m half way across a street
\nthe wet rag tight against my face
\nrapid concaves between my lips
\nmuting my sodden reverse scream<\/p>\n

Again. The starving beast in my chest
\ntears a tasty shred of lung
\nhe twists, growls
\nhis intensity like my own<\/p>\n

The cliff I climb on the flat pavement
\nis so high so far so again
\nI snarl at the again of it
\nready to rip off a piece of my own
\nSisyphian lung<\/p>\n
