Salivating

Oh, for a slice of the warm,
tangy crumbly, butter pale nutty,
pasture-grass summery,
clover sweet, creamy
take your palette and stir it into action,
beery, apple pie-ish, aromatic,
lip-licking, two-year-old,
wrapped in cheesecloth,
brought into daylight from the root cellar
next to a bottle of the best,
southern Ontario cheddar cheese!
